Pet Policy

Bring your pets into the routine at Fairgreen. Your cat can claim the sunny patio door, your dog gets easy outdoor time around the courtyard and walk-up community setting, and everyday cleanup stays simple with on-site laundry and practical storage at home.

Fairgreen welcomes cats and dogs with no weight limit, with breed guidelines and fees shown below; select small pets are welcome, too. When you want more room to roam, Odessa’s public dog parks give you nearby options for off-leash play. Explore the pet-friendly amenities, then schedule a tour to see how your home can work for every member of your household.
